Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated August 25, 2026

This policy applies to paid GradePath subscriptions. The store or processor shown on your receipt determines where you manage the subscription and who decides a refund request.

1. Check who billed you

2. Purchases billed by Apple

Apple controls App Store billing and refunds.

Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in Apple Subscriptions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides eligibility and returns approved refunds to the payment method associated with your Apple Account.

GradePath cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you, issue an Apple-billed refund, or promise that Apple will approve a request. Canceling through Apple normally leaves access active until the end of the paid billing period unless Apple states otherwise.

3. Direct web subscriptions processed by Stripe

If you have a direct web subscription processed by Stripe, you can cancel through the GradePath web billing portal where available or email [email protected]. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You should not be charged for a later renewal after an effective cancellation.

Except where law requires otherwise, direct web subscription charges are generally not refundable after a billing period begins. We may review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, an unauthorized charge, or a sustained material service failure. Approved direct-web refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.

4. Price, renewal, and offer terms

The price, billing period, renewal date, and any eligibility-based acquisition price shown immediately before purchase and on your receipt control. GradePath does not offer a free trial. This policy does not promise a legacy price, a family product, or a multi-period plan. If displayed purchase terms conflict with this policy, contact support before buying or renewing.

5. Refund rights required by law

Nothing in this policy removes a refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.

6. Cancellation is separate from deletion

Canceling a subscription does not delete your GradePath account, Private Content, or Course Commons records. Deleting the app also does not cancel a subscription. See the Privacy Policy or contact support for a data or account deletion request.

7. Contact

For billing help, include the purchase channel and a non-sensitive copy of the receipt when you email [email protected]. Do not email full card details.
