BRAND AND TRADEMARK GUIDELINES
Last updated April 24, 2026
"GradePath" and the GradePath logo are trademarks of Groves Holdings LLC. These guidelines explain how the GradePath brand may be used. Uses outside what is explicitly permitted here require written permission from us.
1. The short version
- You may say that you use GradePath, write about GradePath, or link to gradepath.app without asking.
- You may not imply a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with GradePath without a written agreement.
- You may not use the GradePath name or logo as part of your own product name, domain, social handle, or company name.
- You may not modify the logo. Use the official versions only.
2. Trademark notice
Use the ™ symbol on the first and most prominent instance of "GradePath" in any publication or marketing material. For example:
GradePath™ is an AI-powered academic operating system for students.
Once our federal registration issues, we will update this page to direct you to use ® instead of ™.
3. Proper references in text
- "GradePath" is a proper noun. Use it as an adjective, never as a noun by itself in commercial contexts. For example, write "the GradePath service" or "the GradePath platform", not "a GradePath".
- Never use it as a verb ("I GradePathed my homework" is not a thing) or as a plural ("three GradePaths" is not a thing).
- Always capitalize the G and P: "GradePath", not "gradepath" or "Gradepath".
4. Using the logo
The GradePath logo may be used to refer to GradePath in articles, reviews, academic research, and other editorial contexts. When you use it:
- Use the official file at gradepath.app/logo-full.png. Do not recreate or approximate the logo.
- Do not alter the logo colors. The brand gradient is cyan #38bdf8, blue #818cf8, purple #a855f7, magenta #c026d3.
- Do not stretch, rotate, or add effects to the logo. Preserve aspect ratio.
- Give the logo clear space on all sides equal to at least half the cap height of the wordmark.
- Do not place the logo on a background that clashes visually.
- Minimum size for legibility: 120 pixels wide on screens, 30 mm wide in print.
5. What is not allowed
- Using "GradePath" or any confusingly similar term (GradePathway, GradePathPro, MyGradePath, etc.) in your own product, service, domain name, or company name.
- Using the logo in any way that suggests GradePath endorses or sponsors your product, service, event, or content when no written agreement exists.
- Using the logo on merchandise for sale without a written license from us.
- Using the logo in a manner that is disparaging, misleading, or deceptive.
- Registering a domain that includes "gradepath" or a confusingly similar term.
6. Press and media
Press, journalists, and bloggers may use the GradePath name and logo in news coverage, interviews, reviews, and similar editorial contexts under nominative fair use. A press kit with logo files and short company descriptions is available on request. Email
[email protected] with subject line "Press kit".
7. Academic use
Students and faculty conducting academic research or writing may reference GradePath in publications, theses, and coursework without prior permission, consistent with these guidelines.
8. Reporting misuse
Report suspected trademark misuse, confusingly similar domains, impersonation, or fake GradePath accounts to
